The International Communist Movement is in crisis, and its reactivation must necessarily come from the two-line struggle about the problems of the General Line of the Proletarian Revolution. The Communist Party Reconstitution Plan -which we apply- identifies the recovery of marxism as a vanguard theory, by means of the Summation of the October Cycle, as the cornerstone of this project. Thus, the ideological and political reconstitution of communism is an objectively internationalist task, as it encompasses the revolutionary experience of the revolutionary subject all over the globe, and its development requires a militant commitment of the conscious proletariat in every country.

As part of the struggle for the reconstitution of communism, and with the goal of promoting study and discussion among the international vanguard of our class, we revolutionary communists in the Spanish state are working on disseminating the marxism of our days in different languages. We offer here the results of this collective endeavor.
